Overview#
These terms govern your use of FindMe, the recruitment platform operated by RusByte. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform honestly and in good faith — as either a genuine job seeker or a legitimate hiring organization.
If you use identity verification or employer verification features, you also agree to follow the related privacy disclosures and verification rules described in this document and in the linked policies.
Your account#
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide during registration and onboarding must be accurate, current, and complete.
You may not create or use an account on behalf of another person unless you are expressly authorized to do so.
Verified identity#
FindMe is built around trust between candidates and employers. We may request additional verification of your identity, role, or company at any time.
When verification is required, you must submit authentic and unaltered documents through the designated verification flow. We may request a government-issued ID, a selfie, business registration records, or other supporting documents depending on the account type and the risk involved.
Verification is reviewed manually by authorized FindMe staff. We may approve, reject, pause, or revoke verification if the information is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or appears fraudulent.
Identity verification rules#
You must not submit forged, edited, stolen, expired, misleading, or another person's documents. You must not use filters, edits, or substitutions that change a document's identity details or appearance.
If we need more information to complete a review, you agree to provide it promptly. Failure to cooperate with a reasonable verification request may result in delays, verification rejection, account suspension, or termination.
Acceptable use#
Fake job listings, fabricated credentials, impersonation, harassment, fraud, and data scraping are prohibited and may result in account termination.
Trying to bypass security controls, verification steps, or platform limits is also prohibited.
Changes#
We'll notify you if these terms change in a way that affects your rights. Continued use of FindMe after a change means you accept the update.
