Overview#

FindMe verifies the businesses hiring on the platform so candidates know who they're really applying to. This policy explains what employer verification involves, how reviews work, and what the badge means.

Employer verification is separate from general account access. A workspace may be registered but still be waiting for review before it can publish jobs or display a verified badge.

Registered (L0)#

Every new company workspace starts here once the account's email is confirmed. At this level you can build your company profile and invite teammates — but you can't publish a job or message applicants yet.

Verified Employer (L1)#

To publish jobs and appear in the marketplace with a verified badge, you'll submit your business registry details and one or more supporting documents, and confirm your business information.

Typical business documents include DTI, SEC, or BIR registration records, plus proof of authority or proof of address when requested.

Review process#

Verification submissions are manually reviewed by authorized FindMe staff. We check whether the documents are authentic, complete, readable, current, and consistent with the employer profile and the person requesting verification.

We usually complete reviews within 1 to 3 business days, but more complex submissions, busy periods, or requests for extra information may take longer.

Trusted Employer (L2)#

Workspaces with at least 90 days of tenure, one completed hire, and a response rate of 70% or higher are automatically recognized as Trusted, unlocking a higher badge and reduced posting friction.

Possible rejection reasons#

A submission may be rejected if the documents are expired, unreadable, incomplete, inconsistent with the company profile, or do not prove authority to act for the business.

We may also reject a submission if we detect signs of tampering, impersonation, duplicate entities, or other suspicious activity.

Fast-track review#

If you need verification sooner than the standard review window, a paid fast-track option is available. It speeds up when your submission is reviewed — it never changes the outcome or bypasses any check.

Re-verification#

We may ask a verified employer to re-verify if the company name, ownership, address, registration, or authorized representative changes, or if we detect suspicious activity.

If a workspace is inactive for a long period or the verification record is no longer reliable, we may also request a fresh review before keeping the badge active.

Revocation#

If verification is later found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, it can be revoked. Any live job postings from that workspace are suspended immediately, and affected applicants are notified in neutral terms (without disclosing the reason).

A badge may also be revoked when a company no longer meets the requirements for verified status or fails to complete a re-verification request.
