Overview#
This policy explains how billing, refunds, and cancellations work for FindMe's paid Employer plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise). It also applies to one-time paid services and add-ons purchased through the platform. The Free plan does not involve any charges.
Billing#
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Annual billing may include a discounted effective rate compared with monthly billing. All applicable prices and charges are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
No Refunds#
All payments made to FindMe are final and non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully completed. This includes subscription fees, renewals, upgrades, plan changes, additional job slots, featured placements, verification services, verification fast-track fees, and other one-time purchases or add-ons.
Refunds are not provided for unused time, partial billing periods, unused features, account inactivity, failure to use purchased features, or cancellation after a payment has been completed.
FindMe follows a no-refund policy because paid services and platform resources may become available immediately after payment. These resources may include subscription features, job posting capacity, candidate tools, verification processing, promotional placement, infrastructure resources, and other benefits associated with the purchase. Once these resources have been allocated or made available, they may not be recoverable or transferable to another account.
Users are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, billing interval, price, and included features before completing a purchase. The final amount is displayed before payment is confirmed.
Exceptions#
FindMe generally does not issue refunds. However, FindMe may review transactions involving a confirmed duplicate charge caused by a technical error on FindMe's side or an unauthorized transaction supported by sufficient evidence.
Any exception is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide refunds for other transactions.
Cancellation#
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. You will not be charged for a subsequent renewal after the cancellation has successfully taken effect.
What happens after your plan ends#
Your account is not automatically deleted when your paid plan ends. It moves to the Free plan, subject to the applicable Free plan limits.
If your account has more active job postings than the Free plan permits, excess postings may be automatically paused. Your existing account data remains accessible subject to FindMe's applicable data retention policies and Terms of Service.
Failed Payments#
If a renewal payment fails, FindMe may retry the payment and notify you through the email address associated with your account and through the platform.
You may have a limited grace period to resolve the payment issue. If the payment remains unsuccessful, FindMe may suspend paid features and move the account to the Free plan.
A failed payment does not create a refund obligation for previously completed transactions.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes#
If you believe a payment was made without authorization or was processed incorrectly, please contact FindMe support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where reasonably possible.
FindMe may provide relevant transaction records and information to the payment provider when responding to a disputed transaction.
