Overview#

This policy sets out what you can't do on FindMe. It applies to everyone — job seekers, employers, and anyone else using the platform.

The rules below also apply to verification flows, uploaded documents, and any supporting materials you submit to FindMe.

Prohibited for everyone#

Impersonating another person or company; submitting forged, edited, stolen, expired, or misleading identity documents; harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users; scraping or bulk-collecting data from the platform; attempting to bypass verification, security controls, or plan limits; using the platform for anything unlawful.

Prohibited for employers#

Posting fake, misleading, or discriminatory job listings; requesting payment or fees from candidates at any stage; misrepresenting your company's identity or the role being offered; using another company's documents or a person without authority to pass verification.

Prohibited for job seekers#

Submitting fabricated credentials, work history, or identity documents; sending spam or automated bulk applications; using bots or scripts to interact with the platform; asking another person to complete verification for you or to submit documents that do not belong to you.

Enforcement#

Violations are handled proportionately: most first issues get a warning, repeated or serious violations lead to account suspension, and severe cases (fraud, document tampering, trafficking-adjacent activity, safety threats) result in immediate termination.

FindMe may reject verification, revoke a badge, limit access to features, or preserve evidence of a violation when needed for security, fraud, or legal reasons. All enforcement actions are logged.
