Plans#
Companies move along Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Individual hirers have their own shorter ladder: Free and Plus.
Both audiences share one billing system — the same subscriptions, the same entitlements, the same gate. Only the catalogue is partitioned, so a solo hirer is never shown a team product.
How limits are enforced#
Nothing about a plan is hardcoded in the application. Every limit is a named key resolved through a single decision function against the database: live job slots, team seats, talent pool access, concurrent conversations, attachments, the team inbox, template counts, messaging analytics, AI allowances, and each Interview Intelligence capability.
Adding a plan or changing a limit is therefore a data change, not a release. It also means a limit is enforced in exactly one place, so what the pricing page promises and what the product allows cannot drift apart.
When you hit a limit, the message names the limit rather than failing vaguely.
Prestige Credits#
Credits are a separate currency from your subscription. They are earned — verification, streaks, platform activity — or purchased, and spent on collections: cosmetic distinctions a profile can equip.
Collections are expressed fully on single-party surfaces, where a profile is deliberately being viewed. They are suppressed on comparison surfaces: the applicant board, search result cards, map pins.
That restraint is the point. Paid distinction must not put a thumb on the scale while a recruiter is comparing candidates side by side.
Payments#
Subscriptions, credit purchases, and the one-time verification fee are processed through PayMongo.
Refund and cancellation terms are in the billing policies alongside this guide.
